An idyllic three bedroom family home nestled amongst the towering gum trees of the beautiful Otway forest.

A private and peaceful location but still less than 1km from the town centre and main beach. Enjoy the best of both worlds with bush walking tracks literally on your doorstep and the ocean only minutes away.

Stylish and cosy, Otway Charm has all the creature comforts you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Wood fire, Nespresso coffee machine, board games, WiFi, Foxtel, air con, barbeque, the list goes on!

Open plan living, kitchen and dining area with incredible Otway views. Three bedrooms (all with electric heating); one king, two king singles and a queen room with an ensuite. Main bathroom with bath and separate shower. Kids playroom/second living space. Sunroom/reading room and multiple outdoor deck areas.

Facilities include: Air con/heater, wood fire, bush view, off-street parking x two, WiFi, Smart television (bring your own Netflix code), DVD x two, Foxtel.
* Please note, the main living area television is the only one connected to Foxtel and free to air. All other televisions have access to online streaming only.

Wood for the fireplace will be provided from April to September inclusive. Bring your own firewood for and stays outside these months.
