The lovely feel of a gravel road this gorgeous home sits on, is very reminiscent of country and coastal, a synergy that truly makes you feel like you’re away from everything. With an expansive front deck to embrace the morning sun and the back deck and yard to enjoy in afternoons.
The house is so well set up for friends and family with two distinct zones, the front offering the open plan kitchen, dining, and living accessed from the front deck. There are two bedrooms, the main bedroom with Queen bed and robes, the second bedroom with double bed. The main bathroom with bath and shower is close by for convenience. Split system for heating and cooling.
The second zone has a large living room with cosy couches to sit back and enjoy some time out relaxing or watching movies. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and very separate to the other bedrooms. Split system for heating and cooling and fireplace.
With a barbecue on the back deck, it’s perfect for outdoor dining in the backyard, the garden is securely fenced, perfect for enjoying some time chilling out on the lawn. Close enough to everything so it’s only a walk to the beach, river, golf course, national park, cafes and restaurants, and shopping village.
